How to get state compensation for KVP truck scales

Obtaining state compensation is possible only with the condition of acquiring domestic equipment from the manufacturer, which is included in the state registration for compensation.

By resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 130, No. 86 and No. 106, a compensation program for 25% (and for farms * an additional 15%) of the cost of domestic agricultural machinery was approved.
* Farms with annual revenue of up to 20 million UAH.

How does the state program for compensating the cost of technology work?

1. You are an agricultural producer.
2. You pay the cost of the truck scale to the manufacturer through the state bank.
3. Submit an application and documents confirming the purchase of equipment to the state bank.
4. The State Bank provides the Ministry of Agrarian Policy with information on the amount of funds subject to partial compensation.
5. The Bank receives from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy funds intended for compensation.
6. The bank transfers the compensation to your account.

Package of documents required to receive compensation:

1. An application for 25% compensation for the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production or an application for 15% (depending on which compensation program the client submits).
2. Payment order for the purchase of equipment **.
3. Act of transfer and acceptance of machinery and equipment * (on a photocopy “wet” seal of the supplier and buyer of the equipment should be visible).
4. Certificate of state registration of equipment ** (if the equipment is subject to mandatory state registration).
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals – Entrepreneurs and Public Associations with information that the company is not in liquidation, it has not initiated bankruptcy proceedings, it has not been declared bankrupt (it is endorsed by a legal entity / private entrepreneur).
   The statement must be generated by the client no earlier than 10 days at the time of application to the Bank.
6. Certificate on the absence of arrears of taxes, fees, payments controlled by the bodies of income and fees, approved by order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated September 03, 2018 No. 733 (with a wet seal). The certificate must be valid on the date of application to the Bank.
7. Consent to the provision by the state bank of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Information about the relevant agricultural producer, which is a bank secret or contains personal data (in the form established by an authorized bank).
8. For additional compensation in the amount of 15% of the cost of purchased machinery and equipment, farms with revenues of up to 20 million hryvnias additionally submit to the Bank a copy of the farm charter (for a legal entity) or a copy of the agreement on the establishment of a family farm (for farms, created without acquiring the status of a legal entity in accordance with Article 81 of the Law of Ukraine “On Farming”).
9. Documents confirming the ownership or use / lease of the land. Each page of the accepted document must be endorsed (full name of the bank employee who accepted the documents, date, signature,
   stamp / stamp).

* The day of acquisition of machinery and equipment is considered the date of the act of transfer and acceptance of machinery and equipment (paragraph 7 of the application).
