Feedback from Betonkompleks LLC

Turning to the factory – manufacturer of weighing systems, the client receives a full range of services: manufacturing and installation of new wagon scales (from the foundation to commissioning with official permission from Ukrzaliznytsia), the possibility of modernization (reconstruction) and diagnostics of already installed wagon scales.

The need of the client of LLC “BETON COMPLEX” was in the diagnosis of carriage scales. The procedure for carrying out this service is carried out in accordance with the “Instructions on the procedure for the use of weighing equipment in the railway transport of Ukraine” No. 442 dated July 31, 2012. During the implementation of this project, diagnostics were carried out.

The first stage of the project was to diagnose:

• foundation;
• platforms;
• access roads;
• corrosion of metal and concrete;
• the presence of microcracks in welded joints of nodes;
• leveling the paths.

The second stage of diagnosis was:

• tests of metal construction for static load;
• flaw detection of welds;
• calculation of metal structures taking into account corrosion of their elements and
  reinforced concrete structures taking into account their damage from static
  load in comparison with experimental data;
• diagnostics of strain gauge equipment.

Upon completion of the project, the client received a conclusion, which contains information on the condition of the carriage scales obtained during the diagnosis. And recommendations for eliminating errors (discrepancy from the standard) for the further operation of the carriage scales.

Elimination of errors (implementation of recommendations) is a very important stage for the client! Since otherwise, the client will incur costs, due to the fact that the weighing will take place with an error and the commercial use of the carriage scales will result in a loss to the company!
